Structure and method for reinforcing transverse linkage of highway hollow slab bridge
The invention relates to a structure and method for reinforcing transverse linkage of a highway hollow slab bridge, which comprises a plurality of construction units; each construction unit comprises a hollow plate provided with perforated profile steel; a corrugated pipe penetrates through the profile steel opening; a steel strand penetrates through the corrugated pipe; the steel strand is anchored on the anchorage device; a reinforced concrete pavement layer, a waterproof layer and a bridge deck asphalt pavement layer are sequentially paved on the hollow slab from bottom to top; the multiple construction units are transversely spliced, and guardrails are arranged on the sides of the hollow plates at the two ends of the construction units. An anchorage device and an anchoring device stiffening steel plate are arranged in the guardrail. The invention has the beneficial effects that the transverse connection of the hollow slabs is enhanced by applying transverse prestress to the bridge floor, so that the beam slabs can be better cooperatively stressed, and the problem that the transverse connection is further weakened due to falling of hinge joints of the hollow slabs is solved; the construction is simple, the operation is easy, and few steps are added; the change is performed inside the bridge, so that the attractiveness of the bridge is not influenced; and the later bridge operation and maintenance cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种公路空心板桥梁加强横向联系的构造及方法。其包括多个构造单元;每个构造单元包括设有开孔型钢的空心板;波纹管穿过型钢开孔;钢绞线穿过波纹管;钢绞线锚固在锚具上;空心板自下而上依次铺设有钢筋混凝土铺装层、防水层、桥面沥青铺装层;多个构造单元横向拼接,其两端空心板的边侧均设有护栏;护栏内设有锚具及锚固装置加劲钢板。本发明的有益效果:通过在桥面施加横向预应力,加强了空心板的横向联系,使各片梁板能更好的协同受力,解决了因空心板铰缝脱落引起的横向联系进一步减弱的问题;施工简单,容易操作,在工序上增加步骤少;所做改变均在桥梁内部,不影响桥梁的美观;降低了后期桥梁运营维修成本。
