The invention discloses a corrugated steel web bridge closure section construction method. The method comprises the following steps that side span closure is conducted firstly, then middle span closure is conducted, and side span closure comprises the following construction steps that a closure hanging bracket is installed, a water tank counterweight is added to the cantilever end, and the water containing weight of the water tank is half of the concrete weight of a closure section; the stiff skeleton is locked and the corrugated steel web is spliced during the stable deformation period of the cantilever beam; formwork erecting, and binding reinforcing steel bars and prestressed pipelines are processed; closure section concrete is poured, and during pouring, the water tank synchronously discharges water in an equal-weight mode so that stability of the cantilever end can be kept; when the concrete strength is not lower than 90% of the designed concrete strength grade and the concrete age is not smaller than 7 days, the steel beams are tensioned to the designed tonnage according to the sequence of long beams and short beams, and tensioning is conducted evenly and symmetrically; and the closure section hanging bracket is dismantled. According to the method, problems of long construction period consumption and high engineering measure cost of a continuous bridge closure method in the related technology are solved.
