The integrated fish passing system comprises a dam, wherein a fish luring device is installed on one side of the downstream face of the dam, a pipeline at the bottom of the fish luring device communicates to one side of the upstream face of the dam and provided with a water inlet, outlet water of the fish luring device communicates to a fish close-to-nature sorting system from the position higher than the normal water storage level, and the fish close-to-nature sorting system is located on one side of the upstream face of the dam. According to the integrated fish passing system, a water head of a reservoir area is fully utilized, the fish passing requirement of the dam can be met only through a small amount of power of a pipeline pump, power consumption is small, operation is flexible, the automatic control degree is high, and higher efficiency is achieved compared with a traditional fish passing facility; and through the design of the transparent glass fiber reinforced plastic fish passing pipeline, the whole-process monitoring and research of the dam passing process of the fish passing the dam are facilitated.
