The invention discloses a fish luring device which comprises a shell, a particle cabin, throwing ports circumferentially distributed in the particle cabin, an atomization cabin connected with the particle cabin and a leakage hole set formed in the atomization cabin. The turnover mechanism comprises a spoon body rotationally mounted at the feeding opening and a springback piece capable of pushing the spoon body to reset; the intermittent shielding mechanism comprises a rotating shaft rotationally mounted on the inner side of the atomization cabin and a blocking disc which is arranged on the outer side of the rotating shaft and can shield the leakage hole group; the driving mechanism is installed on the inner side of the shell and can push the spoon body to rotate reversely and drive the blocking disc to rotate at the same time. The spoon body and the blocking disc are driven by the driving mechanism at the same time, so that the powdery fish luring matter and the granular fish luring matter can fall down at the same time, the effect of attracting filterable feeding fingerlings to be concentrated below the fish luring device is achieved, and the problem that fishes on the inner side of the fish collecting hopper jump out is solved.
