The invention provides a construction process of a combined pile cofferdam. The construction process comprises the following steps of mounting positioning piles and guide frames, and inserting and driving lock catch pipe piles and steel sheet piles; defining a cofferdam by the lock catch pipe piles and the steel sheet piles, and conducting sand suction and desilting on the bottom of the cofferdam underwater; pouring concrete at the bottom of the cofferdam underwater through a vertical guide pipe method; pumping water in the cofferdam multiple times, and installing a enclosing purlin and a support after each time of water pumping until water in the cofferdam is pumped to the designed elevation; and conducting leveling layer construction after water pumping and desilting. According to the construction process, the bottom of the cofferdam is firstly subjected to sand suction and desilting, then concrete is poured, then water is pumped in batches, the enclosing purlins and the supports are installed, and finally leveling layer construction is carried out, so that the stability is improved, and the waterproof effect is good due to the use of the combined piles.
本发明提供了一种组合桩围堰的施工工艺,包括:安装定位桩及导向架,并插打锁扣管桩及钢板桩;锁扣管桩及钢板桩围成围堰,对围堰的底部在水下吸沙清淤;对围堰的底部在水下采用垂直导管法浇筑混凝土;在围堰内分多次抽水,每次抽水后均安装一道围檩及支撑,直至围堰内抽水至设计标高;抽水并清淤后进行调平层施工。本发明先对围堰底部吸沙清淤后浇筑混凝土,再分次抽水和安装围檩及支撑,最后对调平层施工,既提高稳定性又因组合桩的使用防水效果较好。
