The invention discloses a backfilling and pile burying process for cofferdam construction, and relates to the technical field of cofferdam building, in particular to the backfilling and pile burying process for cofferdam construction, which comprises the following construction steps: step 1, construction preparation and field investigation; 2, measuring, positioning and cleaning a riverbed; thirdly, the steel sheet piles are driven into the bottom of the riverbed one by one through a pile driver or a steel sheet pile driving barge to form a cofferdam, the cofferdam is divided into two layers, and a backfill interval is formed between the two layers of cofferdam; and fourthly, supporting bodies are built, a plurality of supporting bodies are arranged between the two layers of cofferdams, the supporting bodies are arranged along the cofferdams at equal intervals, and the supporting bodies support the steel sheet piles in the cofferdams. The cofferdam manufactured through the technology has the advantages of being high in impact resistance and good in sealing performance, it can be guaranteed that the cofferdam does not leak water in the long-term construction process, and long-time safe work can be achieved; and meanwhile, the process is simple in construction, and building can be completed only by manually operating a pile driver.
