The invention discloses a concrete formula for a pipe pile with a low curing period and a forming and curing process of the concrete formula. The concrete formula comprises 420-460 kg/m <3> of cement, 100-180 kg/m <3> of mineral admixture, 900-1100 kg/m <3> of coarse aggregate, 500-700 kg/m <3> of fine aggregate, 4-6 kg/m <3> of water reducing agent, 3-5 kg/m <3> of early strength agent and 5-7 kg/m <3> of aluminum powder. According to the concrete formula for the pipe pile with the low curing period and the forming and curing process of the concrete formula, a microwave heating mode can be efficiently utilized, under the condition that the mechanical property of the concrete is guaranteed, the required curing period is remarkably shortened, and meanwhile the influence of microwave curing on the porosity and microcracks can be reduced to the minimum.
