The invention relates to the technical field of concrete curing, and particularly discloses a concrete structure curing process which comprises the following steps: step 1, initial curing: after concrete is laid, spraying on the surface of the concrete and laying a curing film and a curing blanket through a curing machine; the working process of the maintenance machine comprises the steps that an external water conveying pipe communicates with a water receiving pipe, a double-shaft motor is started, the double-shaft motor drives a sliding block to move, and the sliding block moves to control a second strip-shaped spraying box to spray mist to the surface of concrete; the spraying maintenance equipment for concrete structure maintenance is used for uniformly spraying on the surface of concrete which cannot support a worker to walk on the spraying maintenance equipment after laying is completed, and a maintenance film and a wet maintenance blanket are laid, so that the humidity and temperature required by concrete solidification in the initial maintenance process can be ensured; and a large amount of clear water can be conveniently and directly sprayed on the maintenance blanket during medium-term maintenance.
