Segmented blasting demolition method for large bridge
The invention discloses a segmented blasting demolition method for a large bridge. The segmented blasting demolition method comprises the following steps: (1) removing auxiliary facilities of a bridge floor; 2) designing a plurality of groups of parallel blasting points on the bridge floor, and erecting a supporting platform in the middle of a blasting section; (3) drilling holes in the blasting points of the bridge floor, and filling the holes with water bags, explosives, water bags and static blasting agents in sequence; (4) performing blasting demolition on the bridge floor, and blasting the bridge floor into a plurality of sections; (5) conveying each section of bridge floor to a bridge head or a bridge tail, and carrying away by using a reloading vehicle; (6) dismantling the supporting platform and the platform on the upper portion of the pier, building a reinforcement cage outside the pier, and wrapping a steel wire mesh on the reinforcement cage; 7) drilling from the top of the bridge pier, and then filling a hole with a water bag, an explosive, a water bag and a static blasting agent in sequence; and 8) after blasting once, hoisting out the broken bridge pier, carrying away the broken bridge pier through a reloading vehicle, and blasting for multiple times until the whole bridge pier is dismantled. Compared with a traditional cutting and dismantling mode, the method has the advantages that the efficiency is high, manpower is saved, and the construction cost is low.
本发明公开了一种大型桥梁的分段爆破拆除方法,包括以下步骤:1)拆除桥面的辅助设施;2)在桥面设计多组平行的爆破点,并在爆破段中部搭设支撑平台;3)在桥面爆破点进行钻孔,在孔内依次填装水包、炸药、水包、静态爆破剂;4)对桥面进行爆破拆除,将桥面爆破成若干段;5)将每段桥面输送至桥头或桥尾,利用重装车辆运走;6)拆除支撑平台和桥墩上部的平台,在桥墩外部搭建钢筋笼,并在钢筋笼外部包裹钢丝网;7)从桥墩顶部钻孔,然后在孔内依次填装水包、炸药、水包、静态爆破剂;8)爆破一次后,吊出断裂的桥墩,通过重装车辆运走,分多次爆破,直至将整个桥墩拆除。本发明相较传统切割拆除方式,效率高,节省人力,施工成本低。
