The invention discloses a cast-in-place concrete bridge blasting demolition method which comprises the following steps: 1, breaking a working face notch in a bridge floor; 2, erecting an up-down ladder which enters a box girder from the working face notch at the working face notch opening position of the bridge floor; 3, determining the position of a shot hole and equipment arrangement; 4, drilling shot holes; 5, filling explosives; 6, detonating and dismantling; and 7, removing the materials, treating and carrying away. By adopting the technical scheme, the workload of blasting demolition construction is small, and the efficiency is high; after blasting, a demolition object falls on the ground, manual and mechanical crushing and loading are carried out, the safety of constructors can be effectively protected, high-altitude operation and falling accidents are avoided, and safety and reliability are achieved; construction and operation are convenient on the ground, demolition materials after blasting can be rapidly loaded and transported, generally, loading and transporting can be completed within half a day, and influence on normal traffic transportation passing is small.
本发明公开了一种现浇砼桥梁爆破拆除方法,包括以下步骤:1、在桥面上破开工作面槽口:2、在桥面的开工作面槽口位置,搭设从工作面槽口进入箱梁内的上下爬梯:3、确定炮眼的位置及设备布置;4、钻炮眼;5、装填炸药;6、起爆拆除;7、拆除物料处理运走。采用上述技术方案,采用爆破拆除施工的工作量小、效率高;爆破后拆除物落在地面上,进行人工配合机械破碎装运,能有效保护施工人员的安全,避免高空作业及坠落事故的发生,安全可靠;在地面上施工,操作方便,爆破后的拆除物料能快速装运,一般在半天时间内即可完成,对正常交通运输通行的影响很小。
