The invention discloses a deep foundation pit reinforcing device and a construction method thereof. The deep foundation pit reinforcing device comprises multiple supporting walls and an underground enclosing wall, wherein the number of the supporting walls is the same as that of the side walls of a deep foundation pit, the supporting walls are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each supporting wall is laid on the corresponding side wall of the deep foundation pit, each supporting wall is composed of a plurality of supporting piles, and the side walls of every two adjacent supporting piles abut against each other; the underground enclosing wall is formed by a plurality of walls in a surrounding mode and arranged on the outer side of the multiple supporting walls in a sleeving mode; the multiple walls of the underground enclosing wall and the multiple supporting walls are arranged in a one-to-one parallel and corresponding mode; the top of the underground enclosing wall is flush with the ground, and the supporting walls and the underground enclosing wall are fixedly connected through a plurality of soil nails; and the invention further discloses a construction method of the deep foundation pit reinforcing device. The underground enclosing wall is arranged on the outer sides of the multiple supporting walls, each supporting wall is fixedly connected with the corresponding wall face through the soil nails, and the ends, away from the supporting walls, of the soil nails penetrate through the soft soil foundation to be fixedly connected with the supporting walls, so that the fixed connection mode is firmer, and the soil nails are not prone to being pulled out.
