According to the method, several materials such as the steel plate, the waterproof coiled material, the waterproof putty and cohesive soil are mainly used, and relief wells at various underground positions can be sealed; the method has the advantages of being wide in application range, good in sealing performance, convenient to operate, safe and efficient in construction, cost-saving and free of pollution, and is suitable for sealing construction of underground water relief wells such as municipal road pipe galleries, house building engineering basements and industrial factory building basements.
