In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, pallet truck fixing points are arranged on a water bank side to achieve overturning of an end tube of the tube immersing assembly, so that the tube immersing construction cost is reduced, the operation risk caused by asynchronous lifting in the process that the end tube of the tube immersing is overturned through a small floating crane is reduced, and tube immersing operation is convenient; in order to facilitate the water injection operation during pipe immersing, the included angle between the end pipe of the pipe immersing assembly and the water surface is adjusted to be 15 degrees, and at the moment, the lifting force used by a crane is minimum, and the water injection operation is convenient; and meanwhile, pallet trucks convenient to construct are adopted, and pipe immersing construction can be conveniently carried out through the pallet trucks, so that the pipe immersing difficulty is reduced, and the practicability is relatively high.
本发明提供一种大口径沉管总成以及沉管方法，以解决上述现有技术的不足，在水岸边设置地牛固定点实现沉管总成端管的翻转，降低了沉管施工成本，降低了小型浮吊翻转沉管端管过程中起重不同步导致的作业风险，方便进行沉管操作，且为了方便沉管时的注水操作，因此将沉管总成的端管与水面之间的夹角调节为15度，此时吊车所用的吊力最小，且此时方便注水操作，同时采用了方便施工的地牛，并且方便通过该地牛进行沉管施工，降低了沉管的难度，具有较强的实用性。
