The invention discloses a high-toughness sandwich wallboard. The high-toughness sandwich wallboard comprises a foaming cement core material arranged in the middle and high-ductility concrete layers arranged on the two sides of the foaming cement core material; a plurality of through holes are formed in the middle of the foaming cement core material, and high-ductility concrete columns are arranged in the through holes and fixedly connected with the high-ductility concrete on the two sides; zigzag surfaces are arranged on the sides, facing the foaming cement core material, of the high-ductility concrete layers; the depth of the zigzag surfaces of the high-ductility concrete layers ranges from 1 mm to 1.5 mm; and the inner diameter of each through hole is 30 mm, and the distance between the through holes is 60 cm. The foaming cement core material is arranged between the two high-ductility concrete layers, the foamiing cement core material can be rapidly solidified, so that industrial production can be relatively rapidly carried out, and the production efficiency of the sandwich panels and the quality of the obtained product are greatly improved.
