The invention provides a perlite thermal insulation wallboard and a production line. The perlite thermal insulation wallboard comprises perlite particles and a composite cement forming material, wherein the composite cement forming material is composed of cement, redispersible latex powder, a plant extraction adhesive, a neutral water reducer, methyl cellulose ether, glass fiber, animal protein and a water repellent. The perlite thermal insulation wallboard production line comprises a cement storage tank, a cement conveying device, a cement composite material mixing device, a lifting and conveying device, a mixing and stirring device and a perlite storage tank, wherein the perlite storage tank is connected with a rock particle ingredient air conveying device, the rock particle ingredient air conveying device is connected with a perlite metering material tank, and the lifting and conveying device and the perlite metering material tank are correspondingly connected with the mixing and stirring device. Compared with a traditional heat preservation wallboard, the perlite thermal insulation wallboard is higher in hardness and better in heat preservation effect compared with a traditional building wallboard, so that nailing of nails and other fixing objects can be borne on the basis that the heat preservation effect is achieved, and follow-up decoration or decoration operation is facilitated.
