The invention relates to a concrete top plate formwork supporting mechanism with an adjustable height. The mechanism comprises supporting stand columns, a bailey truss, a height adjusting mechanism and a top plate formwork. The supporting stand columns extend in the vertical direction; the multiple supporting stand columns are arranged; and the bottoms of the supporting stand columns are used for being fixed to the floor slab. The bailey truss is fixedly connected with the tops of the supporting stand columns. The height adjusting mechanism is arranged above the bailey truss and comprises a top adjusting assembly, a bottom adjusting assembly and a fixing frame arranged between the top adjusting assembly and the bottom adjusting assembly. The bottom adjusting assembly is fixed to the bailey truss, and the fixing frame abuts against the bottom adjusting assembly and is fixedly connected with the bottom adjusting assembly through a fixing part. The top plate formwork is supported above the top adjusting assembly. The height of the top plate formwork is jointly adjusted through the top adjusting assembly and the bottom adjusting assembly, so that the top plate formwork can be adjusted more easily, and operation is more convenient and safer.
