The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, and provides a height-adjustable formwork which comprises a connecting part and a steel formwork body, and the connecting part and the steel formwork body are connected through a connecting assembly. A temporary mounting part is slidably mounted at the bottom of the connecting part, a plurality of fine adjustment assemblies are arranged between the temporary mounting part and the connecting part, each fine adjustment assembly comprises a first air bag and an adjusting part, the first air bags are mounted between the connecting part and the temporary mounting part, and the fine adjustment assemblies are used for inflating/deflating the first air bags. According to the height-adjustable template disclosed by the invention, the elevation detection device is used for detecting multiple points of the connecting part, so that the measured values of all parts of the connecting part are the same; and then the connecting part is installed on a ground concrete cushion layer, and the connecting part and the supporting part are connected through the connecting assembly, so that the tops of the steel formworks are flush, and the situation that the thickness of a poured terrace deviates due to the fact that the ground concrete cushion layer is uneven is reduced. The invention further provides a floor construction method of the height-adjustable formwork.
