The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a concrete cast-in-place process for building construction. The concrete cast-in-place process comprises the following specific steps that entering a site, and a foundation pit is excavated and poured at a to-be-constructed site according to a building drawing; the foundation pit is cleaned and flattened; sundries on the surface of the foundation pit are removed; certain finishing, slope cutting and tamping are carried out on the foundation pit; a plurality of evenly-distributed reinforcing pile holes are excavated in the poured foundation pit, and a plurality of embedded rods provided with vibrating mechanisms in an embedded rotating mode are inserted into the reinforcing pile holes in an embedded mode; the top end of each embedded rod extends into the poured foundation pit, sashes matched with the embedded rods in height are prepared and laid, and concrete is injected into the reinforcing pile holes; and a coarse sand cushion layer is laid in a poured frame, and an electric driving mechanism for driving the vibration mechanism to rotate is installed at the top ends of the embedded rods in an embedded mode. Concrete is firmer and more environmentally friendly through the process, and a construction building can be firmer through cooperation with a nutrient base material.
