The invention discloses a concrete cast-in-place process for building construction, which comprises the following steps: construction preparation: painting aluminum template paint on the contact side of an aluminum template and concrete, and checking the sizes, specifications, numbers and positions of the aluminum template, reinforcing steel bars, protective layers and embedded parts after building; the stability of aluminum formwork supporting and the sealing condition of aluminum formwork joints are checked, and concrete is subjected to site acceptance; the aluminum formworks are used for building the frame, the situations of pouring face bending and gap overflow caused by formwork deformation can be reduced, the outer sides of the aluminum formworks are coated with formwork paint instead of traditional waste engine oil, the smooth effect after concrete pouring can be improved, the technology for pouring and vibrating beam columns and floor positions is disclosed in detail, and the construction efficiency is improved.
