The invention relates to the technical field of emergency medical dispatching, in particular to an emergency rescue system and method based on a negative pressure tent. The system comprises a processing module, a tent module for forming a rescue place, a communication module for receiving a rescue request, and multiple water bag fixing modules which are different in size and are used for fixing the tent module. The method comprises the steps that the water bag fixing modules are used for being filled with water sources with different functions and purposes; the processing module obtains the rescue request and recognizes a rescue position in the rescue request; the processing module obtains the pre-stored occupied area of the tent module according to the rescue position and determines use information of the water bag fixing modules according to the occupied area; the processing module forms a water source circulation direction between the water bag fixing modules according to the use information; the processing module sends the use information and the water source circulation direction to the water bag fixing modules; and the water bag fixing modules carry out water circulation after the tent module is fixed according to the water source circulation direction. According to the emergency rescue system and method based on the negative pressure tent provided by the invention, the water bag fixing module can adapt to fixing of the tent module on the soft or hard ground.
