The invention discloses a hydraulic power generation system capable of easily observing water level. The hydraulic power generation system capable of easily observing water level comprises a dam body and a control chamber, wherein the control chamber is arranged on the upper surface of the dam body; a water passing hole is formed in the dam body; the dam body is rotatably connected with a connecting shaft through a bearing in a penetrating mode; one end of the connecting shaft extends into the water passing hole, and the other end of the connecting shaft penetrates through the bottom wall of the control chamber and extends into the control chamber; a floating plate is in sliding and sealing sleeve connection on the inner side wall of the water passing hole through a water slot; a first electromagnet is glued on the inner top wall of the water slot; the dam body is fixedly connected with a connecting tube in the penetrating mode; and one end of the connecting tube extends into the water slot. The hydraulic power generation system has the advantages that: water level of river of the water power generation system can be observed in the control chamber, a condition that the water level is not easy to observe on foggy days, automatic alarm is achieved at highest and lowest alarm water level, upstream water discharge amount can be controlled quantitatively, downstream flood caused by excessive water discharge is avoided, water amount is automatically controlled to avoid overload operation of the power generation system.
