Repairing agent and method for repairing surface of carbon-based composite material
The invention provides a repairing agent. The repairing agent is prepared from one of phosphoric acid and phosphate, a curing agent and nano ceramic powder. The invention further provides a method for repairing the surface of the carbon-based composite material. The repairing agent provided by the invention takes phosphoric acid or phosphate as a matrix, copper oxide as a curing agent and ceramic powder as filler; in a high-temperature service environment, oxides in the repairing agent can react with carbon atoms diffused from a carbon base to generate carbide ceramics, so that the oxidation resistance and cohesiveness of the carbon-based composite material are further improved; and the repairing agent can be cured at normal temperature after a curing agent is added, the dependence on equipment is greatly reduced, and the repairing agent plays a very important role in simply repairing the surface of the carbon-based composite material large-size special-shaped part.
