The invention discloses a construction method of an alkali slag concrete pavement. The construction method comprises the following steps of construction preparation, template installation, subbase layer cleaning, alkali slag concrete preparation, alkali slag concrete pouring, paving and survival, joint treatment, template removal and alkali slag concrete curing, wherein the preparation of the alkali slag concrete comprises the following steps: preparing an alkali activator solution, mixing slag concrete and mixing the alkali slag concrete; the preparation of the alkali slag concrete is designed into two parts, in the first part, aggregate and water are mixed and stirred evenly to obtain slag concrete, in the second part, the slag concrete is transported to a construction site, an alkali activator solution is added, then secondary stirring and pouring forming are conducted, and the setting time of the alkali slag concrete can be effectively controlled; the early strength of the paved pavement is high, the time for opening to traffic is shortened, and the construction efficiency and the construction quality are improved.
