The invention relates to a method for preparing an asphalt and macadam synchronous upper sealing layer by using steel slag. The method comprises the following steps: 1, pretreating a base layer; 2, spraying a first layer of emulsified asphalt, rolling to be flat, airing, and spreading steel slag; 3, spraying a second layer of emulsified asphalt, rolling, and airing. The steel slag is applied to preparation of the asphalt synchronous gravel sealing layer, the steel slag and the emulsified asphalt can be combined more tightly due to the microcosmic porous characteristic of the surface of the steel slag, steel slag particles and the upper-layer emulsified asphalt and the lower-layer emulsified asphalt are fused into a whole under the cold mixing condition to form a surface sealing layer, and due to the high abrasion resistance of the steel slag, the pavement is durable. The method for preparing the asphalt and macadam synchronous upper seal coat by using the steel slag is simple in process flow, simple and convenient to construct and low in cost.
本发明涉及一种利用钢渣制备沥青同步碎石上封层的方法，包括以下步骤：第一步、基层预处理；第二步、喷洒第一层乳化沥青，辊平、晾干，撒布钢渣；第三步、喷洒第二层乳化沥青，辊平、晾干。本发明将钢渣应用于沥青同步碎石封层制备，钢渣表面微观多孔的特性决定了其与乳化沥青的结合会更紧密，在冷拌条件下，钢渣颗粒与上下层乳化沥青融为一体，形成面层封闭层，加上钢渣的高耐磨性，使得路面持久耐用，本发明利用钢渣制备沥青同步碎石上封层的方法工艺流程简单、施工简便、成本低。
