The invention discloses a method for preparing a quick-open traffic synchronous emulsified asphalt macadam seal coat by using steel slag, which comprises the following steps: 1) cleaning and blowing off sundries on a base layer, and repairing the base layer; 2) synchronously spraying quick-breaking type high-solid-content emulsified asphalt and steel slag, carrying out primary demulsification on the emulsified asphalt, rolling, and forming to form a steel slag layer; the solid content of the high-solid-content emulsified asphalt is greater than or equal to 65%; and 3) adsorbing pumice stones, spraying a fog seal layer on the steel slag layer, and demulsifying and forming the fog seal layer to obtain the broken stone seal layer. The time from preparation and completion of the gravel seal to traffic opening is shortened, the gravel seal is prepared from the steel slag, the hardness and wear resistance of the steel slag are fully utilized, the wear resistance of the road surface is greatly improved, the water sealing coefficient is improved, and the service life of the road is prolonged; the steel slag resource is recycled, waste is turned into wealth, and huge economic benefits are created.
本发明公开了一种用钢渣制备快开放交通同步乳化沥青碎石封层的的方法，包括如下步骤：1)将基层的杂物清扫吹净，修补基层；2)同步喷洒快裂型高固含量乳化沥青和钢渣，乳化沥青初步破乳后进行碾压，成型后形成钢渣层；所述高固含量乳化沥青的固含量≥65％；3)吸附浮石，在钢渣层上喷洒雾封层，雾封层破乳成型后获得碎石封层。缩短碎石封层制备及完成到开放交通的时间，利用钢渣制备碎石封层，充分利用钢渣的硬度及耐磨性，极大程度的提高路面耐磨性能，提高封水系数，增加道路寿命；将钢渣资源再利用、变废为宝，创造巨大的经济效益。
