The invention discloses a construction method and platform for constructing a cast-in-place pile drilling platform on the top surface of a steel plate pile foundation. The platform comprises steel plate piles, leveling steel plates, bailey beam sets, distribution beams and a platform panel; the bottom ends of the steel plate piles are driven into the position 3m or above below a riverbed sludge layer to define a cofferdam space; the bailey beam sets are installed on the top surfaces of the steel plate piles at intervals; the distance between the bailey beam sets is determined according to the width of a drilling machine and the pile distance of cast-in-place piles; the top surfaces of the steel plate piles provided with the bailey beam sets are connected with the leveling steel plates firstly, and then the bailey beam sets are connected to the leveling steel plates to ensure that the top surfaces of the bailey beams are located on the same horizontal plane; the distribution beams are installed on the top surfaces of the bailey beam sets; the platform panel is laid on the distribution beams; and a drilling machine punching operation empty area is reserved on the platform panel. According to the construction method and platform, underwater pile group construction is conducted, the success rate reaches 100%, safety and reliability are achieved, the pile driving platform foundation and the steel plate cofferdam are combined, investment is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了钢板桩基础顶面搭建灌注桩钻孔平台的施工方法及平台,平台包括钢板桩、调平钢板、贝雷梁组、分配梁和平台面板,所述钢板桩底端打入河床淤泥层下3m以上围成围堰空间,在钢板桩顶面间隔安装贝雷梁组,贝雷梁组的间距根据钻机宽度及灌注桩桩距确定,安装贝雷梁组的钢板桩顶面先连接调平钢板,贝雷梁组再连接于调平钢板上保证贝雷梁顶面在同一水平面上,贝雷梁组顶面安装分配梁,分配梁上铺装平台面板,平台面板上留有钻机打孔作业漏空区。本发明进行水中群桩施工,成功率达到100%,安全可靠,将打桩平台基础与钢板围堰合二为一,减少投资,缩短了施工期。
