The pouring method comprising the steps of carrying out earth excavation; pouring a concrete cushion layer; bonding foundation steel bars according to specification intervals, and after bottom plate steel bars are bound, paying off frame column steel bars; erecting formworks; strengthening vibration in the concrete building process; scabbling the +/-0 position of the rolling mill housing foundation, and binding upper reinforcing steel bars of the rolling mill; arranging cushion blocks, and installing rolling mill foundation side wall embedded parts; carrying out concrete pouring; scabbling and cleaning the + 3.9 M position of the rolling mill housing foundation, and then bonding steel bars on the upper portion of the rolling mill; performing the concrete pouring process in a segmented and layered manner; scabbling and cleaning the + 4.796 M position of the rolling mill housing foundation, and then bonding steel bars on the upper portion of the rolling mill; pouring cement mortar before pouring; and after the strength of the concrete meets the requirement, conducting formwork removal, and completing operation. The structure reliability of the vertical rolling mill housing can be guaranteed, the concrete pouring appearance quality is improved, the later repair cost is reduced, and the engineering economic benefits are improved.
本发明具体是一种立式轧机牌坊基础的浇筑方法；包括土方开挖；混凝土垫层浇筑；基础钢筋按规格间距进行绑扎，底板钢筋绑扎完成后，进行框架柱钢筋放线；进行模板支设；混凝土筑过程中加强振捣；对轧机牌坊基础±0处进行凿毛、绑扎轧机上部钢筋；进行垫块设置，安装轧机基础侧壁埋件；进行混凝土浇筑；对轧机牌坊基础+3.9M处进行凿毛、清理后，绑扎轧机上部钢筋；砼浇筑过程中分段分层进行；对轧机牌坊基础+4.796M处进行凿毛、清理后，绑扎轧机上部钢筋；浇筑前先浇5水泥砂浆；待混凝土强度达到要求后进行拆模，作业完成。本发明所能够保证立式轧机牌坊结构可靠性，提升混凝土浇筑外观质量，较少后期修补费用，提高工程经济效益。
