The invention relates to a mounting structure of an ancient building memorial archway stone column and a construction method thereof. A concrete cup type foundation is provided with a groove of a square structure with a large upper portion and a small lower portion, a steel plate is laid on the bottom face of the groove, a concave hole used for containing a steel ball is formed in the center of the steel plate, and channel steel is laid on the front side face, the rear side face, the left side face and the right side face of the groove; and the center of the bottom face of the stone column is provided with a concave hole used for containing the steel ball, the steel ball is arranged in the concave hole of the steel plate, the stone column is vertically arranged in the groove, the concave hole in the bottom face of the stone column is matched with the steel ball, and wooden wedges are embedded between the four side faces of the stone column and the corresponding channel steel. After the stone column is hoisted into the groove, the direction and the position of the stone column can be conveniently adjusted by inserting the wooden wedges, and the perpendicularity of the stone column is guaranteed; the stone column is vertically arranged in the groove, and the concave hole in the bottom surface of the stone column is matched with the steel ball, so that the stone column can be flexibly and easily adjusted, friction force between the stone column and a bottom plate is reduced, and the direction of the stone column is conveniently corrected; the wooden wedges are wedged after the stone column is hoisted in place, so that fine adjustment, correction and fixation are facilitated; and the bearing, mounting and fixing problems of the ancient building memorial archway stone column are effectively solved.
本发明涉及古建筑牌楼石柱的安装结构及其施工方法,砼杯型基础具有上大方下小方结构的凹槽,凹槽的底面铺设有钢板,钢板的中心设有用于容纳钢球的凹穴,凹槽的前后左右四侧面铺设有槽钢,石柱的底面中心设有用于容纳钢球的凹穴,钢球置于钢板的凹穴中,石柱竖立置于凹槽中,其底面的凹穴与钢球配合,石柱的四侧面与对应的槽钢之间嵌装入木楔。当石柱吊装入凹槽中后便于通过塞入木楔的方式调节石柱的方向和位置,保证石柱的垂直度;石柱竖立置于凹槽中,其底面的凹穴与钢球配合,可灵活轻松调整石柱,减少石柱与底板的摩擦力,方便校正石柱方向;石柱吊装就位后再楔木楔,方便微调校正、固定;有效解决了古建筑牌楼石柱的承载安装固定问题。
