The nanofiber partition wall batten is a cuboid batten with composite nanofibers as a main body structure, a row of through core pulling holes are formed in the cuboid batten in the length direction, a convex line and a groove are formed in the two ends, perpendicular to the length direction, of the cuboid batten, the convex line and the groove are matched with each other, the thickness of the cuboid batten ranges from 90 mm to 180 mm, and the length of the cuboid batten ranges from 2400 mm to 3000 mm, and the diameter of the core pulling hole ranges from 50 mm to 70 mm. The invention further discloses the preparation method of the nanofiber partition batten, magnesium oxide, a magnesium sulfate mother solution, a plant nanocellulose mother solution, a foaming agent, a waterproof agent, fly ash, silica fume and wood chips are matched with one another to prepare the nanofiber partition batten, an automatic and environment-friendly production line is adopted in the whole preparation process, the production cost is low, and installation, use and operation are easy.
