The invention provides a construction method of self-compacting concrete, and relates to the technical field of concrete. The construction method comprises the following steps of: S1, construction preparation: preparing required equipment, determining a construction site, and manufacturing an elevation control reference point; S2, preparation of the self-compacting concrete: the self-compacting concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of an additive, 20-40 parts of a cementing material, 100-200 parts of coarse aggregate, 5-20 parts of a water reducing agent, 100-200 parts of fine aggregate, 100-300 parts of cement, 30-70 parts of an admixture, 50-70 parts of a defoaming agent, 20-30 parts of an air entraining agent, 10-30 parts of shell powder, 5-15 parts of iodized salt and 800-1000 parts of water; S3, pouring of the self-compacting concrete: transporting the self-compacting concrete by adopting a concrete tank truck, and sequentially pouring the self-compacting concrete according to the construction design; S4, maintenance: carrying out maintenance within 8-12 hours after the self-compacting concrete is poured, wherein the maintenance time is not less than 14 days; and S5, form removal.
本发明提供一种自密实混凝土的施工方法,涉及混凝土的技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1施工准备:准备所需要的用到的设备、确定施工现场,制作标高控制基准点;S2配制自密实混凝土:所述自密实混凝土包括以下成分,以重量份计算:外加剂10‑15份、胶凝材料20‑40份、粗骨料100‑200份、减水剂5‑20份、细骨料100‑200份、水泥100‑300份、掺和料30‑70份、消泡剂50‑70份、引气剂20‑30份、贝壳粉10‑30份、碘化盐5‑15份、水800‑1000份;S3自密实混凝土浇筑:采用混凝土罐车对自密实混凝土进行运输,并按照施工设计进行依次浇筑自密实混凝土;S4养护;在自密实混凝土浇筑完毕后8~12h内进行养护,养护时间不少于14d;S5拆模。
