Self-compacting concrete and construction method thereof
The invention discloses self-compacting concrete and a construction method thereof, and the self-compacting concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 to 250 parts of cement, 100 to 130 parts of fine aggregate, 700 to 800 parts of coarse aggregate, 150 to 200 parts of mineral admixture, 12 to 15 parts of water reducing agent, 50 to 65 parts of anti-cracking admixture and 150 to 180 parts of water. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate and the anti-crack admixture according to the formula ratio to obtain the aggregate; (2) adding the cement and the mineral admixture into the aggregate according to the formula ratio, uniformly mixing the components, and mixing with 1/3-2/3 of water according to the formula ratio to obtain a mixture; and (3) adding the water reducing agent and the residual formula amount of water into the mixture, and continuously mixing the mixture to obtain the water-based composite material. The self-compacting concrete is low in early-stage shrinkage rate and good in crack resistance, and the durability of the self-compacting concrete is improved.
