The invention discloses an ultra-thin sliding door buffer. The ultra-thin sliding door buffer comprises a shell, a pulley, a sliding block, a damper, an extension spring, a front fixed end cover, a middle fixed end cover and a rear fixed end cover; a shell body is formed by stamping an ultra-thin stainless steel plate and provided with a U-shaped groove extending front and back, a sliding groove is formed in the side face of the shell body, and a locking groove is formed in the front end of the sliding groove; and the pulley is arranged in the U-shaped groove in a front-back sliding mode. The stainless steel plate of the shell body is formed through multiple metal plate processes, the total thickness of the product is made to be 10mm, the width of the product is made to be 15mm, and the requirement of the market for a buffer arranged in a small structural space is met; and the whole sliding groove comprises the locking groove, and high strength and stability are achieved through the processes of stainless steel plate punching, hole flanging bending, flattening and the like. Meanwhile, the sliding groove is made through an R angle naturally formed by bending the stainless steel plate, the contact face of the sliding groove and a sliding point is reduced, the friction coefficient generated by the sliding groove is far lower than that generated by other types of sliding grooves, and therefore stable operation, small occupied space and a long service life are achieved.
