The invention provides a concrete crack self-healing agent and a preparation method thereof , and the crack self-healing agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 to 200 parts of cement, 250 to 350 parts of sand, 100 to 150 parts of water, 20 to 30 parts of basophilic bacillus, 15 to 25 parts of a sol active agent, 8 to 10 parts of water-soluble calcium salt, 3 to 5 parts of a nutrient substance, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a water repellent and 1 to 2 parts of a complexing agent. The self-healing agent for the concrete cracks can enable a cementing material, microorganisms and a self-repairing material assisting in mineralization of the microorganisms to penetrate into the deep parts of the concrete cracks, can effectively seal the existing cracks, can self-heal new cracks in the process that the microorganisms generate calcium carbonate when secondary cracking occurs, the method has remarkable engineering significance in improving the repairing efficiency of concrete cracks and improving the durability of a repaired structure.
