According to the cement-based composite material disclosed by the invention, the nano SiO2 and the polyvinyl alcohol fiber in a certain proportion are simultaneously doped into the cement-based composite material, so that the performance of the cement-based composite material under the coupling action of damp and hot salts is remarkably enhanced, and the application of the cement-based composite material in hydraulic structures and ocean engineering is more facilitated.
