Shrinkage-resistant high-performance cement-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an anti-shrinkage high-performance cement-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The material is composed of the following components in parts by mass: 750 to 850 parts of cement, 700 to 750 parts of quartz sand, 850 to 1300 parts of fly ash, 1 to 350 parts of HSCA expanding agent, 1 to 3 parts of water reducing agent, 550 to 650 parts of water, and 90 to 93 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fiber (PVA). The shrinkage-resistant high-performance cement-based composite material provided by the invention has the advantages of low shrinkage and high strength, the 28d shrinkage strain is less than 1300mu epsilon and is less than that of the traditional high-performance cement-based composite material, the 28d compressive strength is greater than 33MPa, and the breaking strength is greater than 4MPa and is higher than that of common concrete.
