The invention relates to the technical field of inorganic facing mortar, in particular to bi-component ultraviolet light photocuring inorganic facing mortar and a preparation method thereof. The bi-component ultraviolet light photocuring inorganic facing mortar comprises a powder material component and a liquid material component, wherein the powder material component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12.0-15.0 parts of white aluminate cement and 70.0-80.5 parts of quartz powder; and the liquid material component is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 90 to 96 parts of photocuring emulsion and 4 to 10 parts of initiator. Compared with the prior art, due to the adoption of a bi-component combination mode, the defects of saltpetering and whitening of the inorganic facing mortar are reduced, the maintenance time and the construction period are shortened, the construction environment is relatively loose, the time cost is effectively saved, the performance is excellent, the quality is guaranteed, and the inorganic facing mortar can be used trustingly.
本发明涉及无机饰面砂浆技术领域,尤其涉及一种双组分紫外光光固化无机饰面砂浆及其制备方法。其中,双组分紫外光光固化无机饰面砂浆,其包括粉料组分和液料组分,粉料组分包括按重量份计的:白铝酸盐水泥12.0~15.0份、石英粉70.0~80.5份;液料组分包括按重量份计的:光固化乳液90~96份、引发剂4~10份。本发明由于使用双组分的组合模式,相对于现有技术而言,其降低了无机饰面砂浆泛碱,发白的缺点,缩短了养护时间及施工期,对施工环境较为宽松,也效的节约时间成本,并且性能优越,质量有保障,放心使用。
