Super-hydrophobic coating for asphalt pavement and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic coating for an asphalt pavement and a preparation method thereof, and relates to a super-hydrophobic coating and a preparation method of the super-hydrophobic coating. The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing super-hydrophobic surface preparation process is relatively complex and relatively high in cost. According to the method, the super-hydrophobic coating for the asphalt pavement is composed of a bonding layer and a functional layer. The bonding layer is prepared from waterborne polyurethane and absolute ethyl alcohol; the functional layer is prepared from hydrophobic modified nano titanium dioxide and absolute ethyl alcohol; and the hydrophobic modified nano titanium dioxide is prepared from nano titanium dioxide, stearic acid and absolute ethyl alcohol. The bonding layer is sprayed on the surface of the asphalt pavement by using a spraying method, the functional layer is sprayed on the surface of the bonding layer before the bonding layer is cured, the super-hydrophobic coating for the asphalt pavement is obtained after the bonding layer is cured, and the mean value of the surface water contact angle of the super-hydrophobic coating can reach 153.5 degrees. According to the invention, the super-hydrophobic coating for the asphalt pavement can be obtained.
一种沥青路面用超疏水涂层及其制备方法,它涉及一种超疏水涂层及其制备方法。本发明的目的是要解决现有超疏水表面制备工艺较复杂且成本较高的问题。方法:一种沥青路面用超疏水涂层由粘结层和功能层组成。所述的粘结层由水性聚氨酯和无水乙醇配置而成;所述的功能层由疏水改性纳米二氧化钛和无水乙醇配制而成;所述的疏水改性纳米二氧化钛由纳米二氧化钛、硬脂酸和无水乙醇配制而成。利用喷涂法将粘结层喷涂于沥青路面表面,在粘结层未固化之前在粘结层的表面喷涂功能层,固化后,得到沥青路面用超疏水涂层,其表面水接触角均值可达153.5°。本发明可获得一种沥青路面用超疏水涂层。
