The invention discloses a height adjusting device for a water inlet valve. The device comprises a water inlet pipe, a water inlet valve body, a rotary clamping ring and a lifting rod, a pipe opening is formed in the bottom of the water inlet valve body, the water inlet pipe can penetrate through the pipe opening, and the rotary clamping ring is arranged on the inner circumference of the pipe opening; the inner wall of the rotary clamping ring is provided with at least one longitudinal column of transverse inner teeth arranged at intervals, the periphery of the water inlet pipe is provided with at least one longitudinal column of transverse outer teeth arranged at intervals and at least one longitudinal column of receding channels, the transverse outer teeth are meshed and matched with the transverse inner teeth, the receding channels are located beside the transverse outer teeth, and the receding channels allow the transverse inner teeth to move up and down; and the outer wall of the rotary clamping ring is provided with a longitudinally-inclined sliding groove, a sliding block is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, the sliding block is formed at the bottom of the lifting rod, the lifting rod is installed on the water inlet valve body in a sliding mode, and the top of the lifting rod extends out of the water inlet valve body. According to the scheme, height adjustment is more convenient during use, the structure is simpler and more compact, and user operation is facilitated.
