The invention discloses a high-load anti-falling support structure for a steel pressure pipe. The high-load anti-falling support structure comprises the steel pressure pipe and buttresses arranged below the steel pressure pipe, wherein the steel pressure pipe and the buttresses are connected through a support assembly; the support assembly comprises support rings, first supports and second supports; the steel pressure pipe is sleeved with the support rings; the support rings and the buttresses are arranged correspondingly, and each support ring is provided with a first connecting end and a second connecting end; each first support is arranged between one buttress and the corresponding first connecting end; and each second support is arranged between each buttress and the corresponding second connecting end and is used for limiting the transverse movement of the steel pressure pipe. According to the high-load anti-falling support structure, the first supports can enable the steel pressure pipe to move longitudinally and transversely within a certain range, the second supports limit transverse movement of the steel pressure pipe, and only can enable the steel pressure pipe to move longitudinally in the pipe axis direction, and the first supports and the second supports act at the same time, so that the water delivery steel pressure pipe in water conservancy and hydropower engineering can be effectively prevented from falling off.
