The invention relates to a steel damping shock absorption anti-falling beam support. The beam support comprises an upper support plate, a spherical crown, a middle support plate and a lower support plate, wherein sliding friction pairs are arranged between the upper support plate and the spherical crown, between the spherical crown and the middle support plate and between the middle support plate and the lower support plate, and directional slide ways and annular steel damping elements are arranged between the upper support plate and the spherical crown and between the middle support plate and the lower support plate. Under the normal use condition of a bridge, displacement requirements of the main beam under the load effects of temperature, shrinkage and creep, vehicle braking force and the like can be met; when an earthquake comes, when the shearing force borne by the support exceeds a set capacity value, the pin is cut off, the upper seat plate and the spherical crown or the middle seat plate and the lower seat plate generate translational friction slippage along the slide way, and inertia force generated by the main beam is prevented from being continuously transmitted to the pier; the annular steel damping elements on the supports play a role to dissipate earthquake energy, when the displacement of the pier beam is increased to a certain degree, the annular steel damping elements can make contact with the limiting blocks, the steel damping elements are prevented from continuously deforming to form pull rods, and the beam falling prevention effect is achieved.
本发明涉及一种钢阻尼减震防落梁支座,包括上座板、球冠、中座板及下座板,上座板与球冠之间、球冠与中座板之间、中座板与下座板之间均设有滑动摩擦副,并且上座板与球冠之间、中座板与下座板之间均设有定向滑道和环形钢阻尼元件。本发明在桥梁正常使用状况下,能够满足主梁在温度、收缩徐变、车辆制动力等荷载作用下的位移需求;地震来临时,当支座承受的剪力超过设定的能力值时,销钉被剪断,上座板与球冠或中座板与下座板沿滑道发生平动摩擦滑移,阻断主梁产生的惯性力继续传递到桥墩上。同时各个支座上的环形钢阻尼元件发挥作用,耗散地震能量,当墩梁位移增大到一定程度时,环形钢阻尼元件会与限位块接触,防止钢阻尼元件继续变形从而形成拉杆,起到防落梁的作用等。
