The methodcomprises the following steps of: placing slag fibers in a mold, and carrying out primary pressurization to form slag short fibers; uniformly mixing the slag short fibers with a binder, putting the mixture into a mold, and carrying out secondary pressurization to form a tablet; and sintering the tablet, preserving heat, and cooling to obtain the slag fiber-based porous filter ceramic. The obtained product is the slag fiber porous ceramic, has certain strength, is resistant to high temperature and low in cost, and can effectively reduce the high cost for treating high-temperature waste gas at present.
