The anti-shearing pre-stressed anchor rod device comprises an anchor rod, the anchor rod is sleeved with a steel sleeve, the anchor rod is provided with an external thread, the steel sleeve is internally provided with an internal thread, and the steel sleeve is rotationally connected with the anchor rod through the external thread and the internal thread. According to the technical scheme, the anchor rod is sleeved with the steel sleeve, the steel sleeve is of a long-circular-truncated-cone-shaped structure, the outer diameter of the steel sleeve is smaller than the diameter of a drill hole, the steel sleeve can be conveniently drilled into an anchoring section to be fixed, and the shearing resistance of the whole device is improved; and the anchor rod is fixed in the drill hole through the anchoring section, the anchor rod is tensioned, then the tensile force, namely the prestress, on the anchor rod is kept through an anchorage device, so that the anchor rod has good shear resistance and prestress, and the structural stability of urban rail transit tunnels, side slopes and foundation pits can be enhanced.
