The invention provides an anti-shearing anchor rod for rock mass supporting, an anti-shearing anchoring device and application thereof.The anchoring device comprises a sleeve, a reinforcing slurry bag, a first plugging slurry bag, a second plugging slurry bag, a grouting mechanism and a driving locking mechanism, and a reinforcing slurry chamber, a first plugging slurry chamber and a second plugging slurry chamber are formed in the sleeve; first, second and third slurry outlet holes are formed in the side wall of the sleeve, penetrate through the inner and outer walls of the sleeve and are respectively communicated with the reinforcing slurry chamber, the first and second plugging slurry chambers; the reinforcing slurry bag, the first blocking slurry bag and the second blocking slurry bag are respectively arranged in the reinforcing slurry chamber, the first blocking slurry chamber and the second blocking slurry chamber; the grouting mechanism is located in the reinforcing slurry chamber, the first blocking slurry chamber and the second blocking slurry chamber, and the driving locking mechanism is connected with the grouting mechanism and can drive the grouting mechanism to squeeze the slurry bag so as to squeeze slurry out of the slurry outlet holes to achieve grouting. A traditional anchor rod is improved to be of a high-shear-resistance structure, and targeted grouting reinforcement can be conducted on a local shear failure face.
本发明提供了一种用于岩体支护的抗剪锚杆、抗剪锚固装置及其应用,其中,锚固装置包括套筒、加固浆囊、第一和第二封堵浆囊、注浆机构和驱动锁止机构,套筒内开设有加固浆室、第一和第二封堵浆室,第一和第二封堵浆室位于加固浆室的两侧并相互间隔,套筒的侧壁上开设有第一、第二和第三出浆孔,贯通套筒的内外壁并分别与加固浆室、第一和第二封堵浆室连通;加固浆囊、第一、第二封堵浆囊分别安装在加固浆室、第一、第二封堵浆室中;注浆机构位于加固浆室、第一和第二封堵浆室中,驱动锁止机构与注浆机构连接并可驱动注浆机构挤压浆囊,以从出浆孔中挤出浆液以实现注浆。本发明将传统锚杆改进为强抗剪力结构,可对局部剪切破坏面针对性地注浆加固。
