The embodiment of the invention provides a sleeve drilling system which comprises a sleeve used for rotary drilling, a gas ejector pipe, and an air compressor; the gas ejector pipe is fixed to the outer side of the sleeve and can rotate along with the rotation of the sleeve; the air ejecting direction of the gas ejector pipe is consistent with the drilling direction of the sleeve; the air compressor is connected with the gas ejector pipe and used for providing high-pressure ejecting gas for the gas ejector pipe; the air compressor is used for providing the high-pressure ejecting gas for the gas ejector pipe when the sleeve rotates for drilling; and the high-pressure ejecting gas ejected out of the gas ejector pipe is used for conducting cutting disturbance on a to-be-drilled soil body so that the soil body can be softened. According to the sleeve drilling system, the technical problems that in the drilling process of a traditional sleeve drilling system, side friction generated between the inner wall and the outer wall of the sleeve and a soil layer is large, and sleeve drilling is difficult are solved.
