The invention discloses a concrete leveling and plate thickness control device and an implementation method. The concrete leveling and plate thickness control device comprises a supporting system which provides support and fixation for the whole device, two guide rail systems which are located above the supporting system and used for restraining the rolling shaft moving track of a rolling shaft system, the rolling shaft system which is installed between the two guide rail systems and used for advancing and retreating of the device, a moving system which is installed on the rolling shaft of the rolling shaft system and used for moving of the device, and a motor placement system which is located above the rolling shaft system, installed on the rolling shaft system and used for enabling a sliding chute of the rolling shaft system to advance or retreat under the action of a motor. An iron sheet on the rolling shaft system is used for leveling, an infrared height sensing device is used for controlling the plate thickness, the problems that a floor is too thick and the plate surface is uneven are solved, and due to the fact that the device integrates the functions of plate surface leveling and plate surface elevation control, labor input is well reduced in the using process.
本发明公开了一种混凝土找平及板厚控制装置及实施方法,包括:支撑系统,为整个装置提供支撑和固定;导轨系统,位于所述支撑系统的上方,用于约束滚轴系统的滚轴运行轨迹;滚轴系统,安装在两个所述导轨系统之间,用于装置的前进和后退;移动系统,安装在所述滚轴系统的滚轴上,用于装置的移动;电动机安置系统,位于所述滚轴系统上方并安装在所述滚轴系统上,用于在电动机的作用下使所述滚轴系统的滑槽前进或者后退。本发明利用滚轴系统上的铁皮来找平,利用红外线高度感应装置来控制板厚,避免楼板超厚、板面高低不平的问题,由于该装置集成了板面找平、板面标高控制的功能,在使用过程中很好的降低了劳动力的投入。
