Tension type locking anchor rod and using method thereof
The invention discloses a tension type locking anchor rod and an using method thereof. The tension type locking anchor rod comprises an anchor rod assembly, a tensioning assembly and an anchor head assembly. The tensioning assembly comprises a sleeve, a supporting tensioning rod, a positioning sleeve and an adjusting nut. The sleeve moves left and right on the left portion of a anchor rod body, the left end of each supporting tensioning rod is rotationally installed on the sleeve, and the right ends of the supporting tensioning rods which are evenly arranged in the circumferential direction are gathered and tightened through the bandage. The adjusting nut is installed on the anchor rod body in a threaded mode. The anchor rod body is sleeved with the positioning sleeve in a sliding mode, and when the sleeve and the positioning sleeve move relatively, the multiple supporting tensioning rods are expanded through the positioning sleeve, and one end of each supporting tensioning rod makes contact with the inner wall of a drill hole. The anchor head assembly comprises a fixing head and a second spring; the left end of the anchor rod body moves left and right and is limited in a blind cavity at the right end of the fixing head; when the second spring is compressed, one end is contacted with the fixing head, and the other end is contacted with the sleeve. According to the tension type locking anchor rod, structure is simple, expansion self-locking of the anchor rod in the drill hole can be effectively achieved, anchoring force is improved, and the tension type locking anchor rod is more stable and reliable.
