The phosphogypsum calcining system comprises a feeding system, a drying system and a calcining system; the feeding system comprises a feeding hopper, a vibrating motor and a belt scale, the feeding hopper is provided with the vibrating motor, the vibrating motor is installed on the lower portion of the feeding hopper and used for enabling raw materials in the feeding hopper to smoothly pass through the feeding hopper, and the belt weigher is arranged below the feeding hopper, the raw materials of the belt weigher enter the drying system through a first dust removal system; the drying system comprises a paddle dryer, a drying medium is arranged in the paddle dryer and used for drying raw materials passing through the interior of the paddle dryer, and the raw materials dried by the paddle dryer pass through a second dust removal system and then enter the calcining system through an elevator; the calcining system comprises a phosphorite calcining furnace, and the raw materials are calcined by the phosphorite calcining furnace, pass through the grinding system and then enter a finished product bin through the elevator.
