The invention discloses an ardealite calcining system which comprises an ardealite feeding hopper and a belt feeding machine connected with the ardealite feeding hopper, one side of the belt feeding machine is connected with multiple stages of mutually-connected aging devices, and each stage of aging device comprises a feeding airflow pipe and a dust remover connected with the feeding airflow pipe. A calcining device and a grinding device are respectively connected between the aging devices; gypsum powder is aged step by step by adopting the multi-stage airflow pipe, the gypsum powder can be directly used after being aged when being fed into the bin, the time is shortened, and the process of overburning and then aging is adopted, namely the content of semi-hydrated gypsum and anhydrous gypsum is high and the content of dihydrate gypsum is extremely low after the gypsum is calcined, so that full calcination and high strength of the gypsum are ensured.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏煅烧系统,包括磷石膏投入料斗,以及与磷石膏投入料斗相连的皮带上料机,在皮带上料机一侧连接有多级相互衔接的陈化装置,每级陈化装置分别包括送料气流管及与之相连的除尘器,陈化装置之间分别连接有煅烧装置和研磨装置;本发明通过采用多级气流管分步进行石膏粉陈化,石膏粉进料仓时完成陈化可直接使用,缩短了时间,并通过采用先过烧后陈化工艺,即石膏煅烧后半水石膏和无水石膏含量高,二水石膏含量极低,保证了石膏煅烧充分,强度高。
