The anti-crack fibers in the concrete can improve the crack resistance of the concrete and reduce cracks, so that water permeation is reduced; the rubber particles and the anti-crack fibers can improve the elastic modulus of the concrete, the air entraining agent introduces air holes in the concrete, frost heaving pressure can be buffered, and freeze-thaw damage can be reduced; and the waterproof agent has a waterproof effect, and the anti-permeability is improved, so moisture infiltration is reduced, and the freeze-thaw resistance is improved.
