Autoclaved aerated concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and provides autoclaved aerated concrete which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2600 to 3000 parts of saw mud, 700 to 1000 parts of fly ash, 200 to 500 parts of gypsum, 280 to 320 parts of cement, 250 to 300 parts of lime and 2 to 2.6 parts of a gas forming agent. According to the autoclaved aerated concrete provided by the invention, solid waste saw mud generated in a stone processing process is used as a main raw material, and two solid wastes, namely fly ash and gypsum, are added at the same time, so that the utilization rate of the solid wastes is further increased; and by controlling the dosage of the fly ash, the gypsum and the lime, the fly ash is subjected to hydration reaction with the lime, the gypsum and other raw materials in the preparation process, so that the strength of the autoclaved aerated concrete is improved. Experimental results of the embodiment show that the average compressive strength of the autoclaved aerated concrete provided by the invention can reach 3.75 MPa, and the utilization rate of the solid wastes is 85-89%.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,提供了一种蒸压加气混凝土,由包括如下重量份的原料制备得到:锯泥2600~3000份,粉煤灰700~1000份,石膏200~500份,水泥280~320份,白灰250~300份和发气剂2~2.6份。本发明提供的蒸压加气混凝土以石材加工过程中产生的固体废物锯泥为主要原料,同时添加粉煤灰和石膏两种固体废弃物,进一步提高了固体废弃物的利用率;通过控制粉煤灰、石膏和白灰的用量,在制备过程中粉煤灰同白灰、石膏等原料发生水化反应,增加了蒸压加气混凝土的强度。实施例的实验结果表明,本发明提供的蒸压加气混凝土的抗压强度均值可达3.75MPa,固体废弃物的利用率为85~89%。
